What is Screened Topsoil?
Screened topsoil is a screened and blended product mixed with peat, sand and topsoil.

Pit Run Gravel
What is Pit Run Gravel?
Pit run gravel is pulled directly out of the bank. It is a raw product with varying sizes and consistency’s depending on the gravel pit it is pulled from. It is intended for structural fill.
Application
It is used more than any other product. Great for driveways, parking areas, house foundations, shop & shed foundations.

Recycled Asphalt Pavement (R.A.P)
What is RAP?
RAP is old asphalt pavement that is run through our crusher. It is screened on a 2” screen. RAP is the most superior driveway product we offer. Benefits of RAP is the minimal amount of dirt which makes for less dirt tracked in.
Application
Capping of driveways and parking areas. We suggest 2-3” of material for a cap.

Crushed Chips
What is Crushed Chips?
Crushed, screened, and washed rock. Rock sizes are from 1” to 3/8”. Fines are removed during the washing process which eliminates tracking into your house and garage.
Application
Capping of driveways and parking areas. We suggest 2-3” of material for a cap.

d1 Gravel
What is D1 Gravel?
D1 is gravel that is crushed and screened on a 7/8” deck. Easy to shovel, D1 gravel is the base course material prior to paving. The fractured rock helps keep the material compacted.
Application
2-3” for driveway and parking cap, filling post holes and walking paths. Pothole repair.

2” Minus Gravel
What is 2” Minus Gravel?
2” Minus is a screened gravel with sand and rocks 2” and smaller. 2” Minus Clean is commonly used for residential projects while 2” Minus Dirty is the standard for Borough road caps. Easy to shovel.
Application
Use 2-3” for driveways and parking area cap.

What is Large Sewer Rock?
Large sewer rock is screened rock larger than 2 1/2”.
Application
Drainage galleries, French drains, landscape rock. Not used in septic systems.

What is 1” Washed Rock?
1” washed is rock that is screened on a 1” to 3/8” deck.
Application
Footing drains, bed septic systems, can be used for walking paths as well.

What is Washed Sand?
Our washed sand is screened & washed on a 3/8” deck. The fines are washed out of it to help eliminate dust. Easy to shovel.
